Welcome to KONSEI Cosmetics. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KONSEI Cosmetics online store, its content, features and services (collectively, the “Website”). By visiting the Website, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies expressly linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About these Terms
KONSEI Cosmetics may update these Terms when our products, services, technology or legal requirements change. The version displayed on the Website at the time of your use will apply to that use. Where a product, promotion, membership or service has additional specific conditions, those conditions will apply together with these Terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific condition will apply to that particular product, promotion, membership or service.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through the Website. If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the Website and make purchases only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete whenever the Website asks for it.
You may use the Website only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data without permission, impersonate another person, use automated methods to abuse promotions, memberships or benefits, or use the Website in a way that infringes the rights of KONSEI Cosmetics or any third party.
3. Accounts and account security
If account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been used without authorization. We may restrict, suspend or disable access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, compromised, used fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.
4. Product information and cosmetic use
We aim to present product names, descriptions, ingredients, sizes, images, usage directions and other details as accurately as reasonably possible. Packaging, artwork, colours, shades, textures and other visual details may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, production updates or packaging revisions. Images are for product presentation and may not always represent exact scale.
KONSEI Cosmetics products are cosmetic and personal-care products. Website content is provided for general product information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Individual experiences can vary. Please read the product label and ingredient information before use, follow the stated directions, and consider a patch test where appropriate. If you have known allergies, sensitivities, a medical condition or ongoing dermatological concern, seek advice from a qualified professional before using a new cosmetic product. Stop using a product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
5. Availability, pricing and display errors
Products, variants and quantities are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless the Website states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other amounts, if any, will be shown where relevant during the shopping process.
We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate, but typographical, technical or display errors can occur. We may correct an error, update information, change a price, limit quantities or withdraw a product or offer where reasonably necessary. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve stock or guarantee that the item will remain available at the same price until checkout is completed.
6. Promotions, coupon codes and complimentary offers
Promotions, coupon codes, gifts, bundles and limited-time offers may have separate eligibility rules, validity periods, minimum order values, usage limits, product exclusions or stock limits. Unless the relevant offer expressly says otherwise, promotional benefits cannot be combined automatically. We may refuse or withdraw a promotional benefit where there is evidence of misuse, duplicate-account abuse, manipulation, a technical error or activity inconsistent with the stated offer conditions.
7. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted only when KONSEI Cosmetics confirms that it can be processed. We may decline, limit or hold an order where products are unavailable, information is incomplete, pricing or technical errors are identified, payment authorization is unsuccessful, unusual activity is detected, or additional verification is reasonably required.
You are responsible for reviewing product, variant, quantity, contact and address details before submitting an order. Please ensure that the delivery information you provide is complete and serviceable.
8. Payments
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout at the time you place an order. Payment services may be provided by independent payment processors and financial institutions. Their systems, authentication procedures and terms may apply in addition to these Terms. KONSEI Cosmetics does not ask you to share full card credentials, passwords or one-time passwords through informal messages, social media or unsolicited calls.
If a payment attempt is unsuccessful or cannot be verified, the related order may not be processed. You should use only payment instruments that you are authorized to use.
9. KONSEI Membership
KONSEI Membership is an optional paid customer programme through which eligible members may receive selected member-only benefits made available by KONSEI Cosmetics from time to time. The benefits, eligibility conditions, availability and any additional membership terms displayed on the Website form part of these Terms when you purchase or use a KONSEI Membership.
Membership benefits are personal to the eligible customer and apply only while the relevant membership is active and the applicable conditions are satisfied. Purchasing a membership does not by itself guarantee approval of any particular request, benefit, refund or cancellation. KONSEI Cosmetics may reasonably verify membership eligibility, order details and compliance with the applicable terms before providing a member benefit.
KONSEI Cosmetics may introduce, modify or discontinue voluntary membership features or benefits from time to time, subject to applicable law and any commitments expressly stated at the time of purchase. Membership benefits do not replace, reduce or restrict any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Order cancellation, refunds and membership benefits
KONSEI Cosmetics' voluntary order-cancellation and refund benefits are available only to customers who have purchased and hold an eligible active KONSEI Membership before submitting the relevant cancellation or refund request. Requests are subject to the applicable membership conditions, order status and review by KONSEI Cosmetics.
A cancellation request may not be accepted once processing, packing, shipment preparation or dispatch has progressed to a stage where cancellation is no longer operationally possible. A refund request may also be subject to the condition and circumstances of the relevant order or product and any applicable terms shown on our Returns & Refunds page.
The membership requirement applies only to KONSEI Cosmetics' voluntary cancellation and refund benefits. It does not restrict any right or remedy that KONSEI Cosmetics is required to provide under applicable law. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming product and applicable law requires a remedy, that remedy is not conditional on purchasing a KONSEI Membership.
11. Shipping and delivery
Shipping availability, estimated timelines, charges and any qualifying free-shipping threshold are governed by the information shown on the Website and our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by destination, courier operations, weather, public events, access restrictions, service interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please provide an accurate address and reachable contact details. If a parcel appears visibly tampered with at the time of delivery, you should avoid accepting it where practical and contact us promptly with the relevant order details.
12. Website content and intellectual property
The KONSEI name, KONSEI Cosmetics branding, logos, peacock-feather brand elements, product names, packaging presentation, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, videos, website design, icons and other original materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to KONSEI Cosmetics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the Website and save limited material for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, create derivative commercial material from, remove brand identifiers from, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from KONSEI Cosmetics or the relevant rights holder.
13. Reviews, messages and other user content
If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, photograph, testimonial, suggestion or other content to KONSEI Cosmetics, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, infringing or harmful. You remain responsible for what you submit.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant KONSEI Cosmetics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display content that you intentionally submit for publication or promotional use in connection with KONSEI Cosmetics. We may moderate or remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
14. Third-party services and links
The Website may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers, delivery partners, social-media services, analytics tools or external websites. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or technical integration does not mean that KONSEI Cosmetics controls or guarantees every aspect of a third-party service.
15. Privacy and communications
Our handling of personal information is described in the KONSEI Cosmetics Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there and as required to operate the store, process transactions, administer memberships, provide customer support, maintain security and comply with applicable law.
Where you separately choose to receive marketing communications, you may receive brand updates, product information or promotional messages through the channels for which you have provided consent. Marketing preferences can be changed using the options made available in the relevant communication or account settings.
16. Website availability and security
We aim to keep the Website available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. 17. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KONSEI Cosmetics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website, third-party services linked to the Website, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
18. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs suffered by KONSEI Cosmetics as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of another person’s rights, fraud, abuse of membership benefits, or material breach of these Terms.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these Terms or use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.
20. Severability and waiver
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay or failure by KONSEI Cosmetics to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
21. Changes to the Website or these Terms
We may revise Website features, product presentation, membership benefits, policies or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Website after an update means the updated Terms will govern future use from that point onward. Changes will not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
